Our Story
More Than a Store — Part of Your Routine
Total Energy Nutrition started with a simple belief: the food you eat should fuel you, satisfy you, and make you feel good about the choice you made. We opened our doors on South Street to be the kind of market our neighborhood deserved — one where quality isn't compromised and every customer is greeted like a neighbor.
Whether you're grabbing a quick snack on your way home, picking up ingredients for Sunday dinner, or treating yourself to something from the bakery case, we've built this place to be reliable, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. That's the Total Energy difference.

What Guides Us
The Principles Behind Every Purchase
Consistency You Can Count On
The bread tastes the same great every time. The shelves are always stocked. We show up for our community the way you'd expect a neighborhood business to.
Quality Without Compromise
We turn down products that don't meet our standard, even when it would be easier to say yes. You deserve better, and we won't settle for less.
Rooted in Nacogdoches
We're not a chain. We're your neighbors. This community shapes what we carry, how we serve, and why we do what we do.
